This site is used by multiple offices at SUNY Empire to allow students and prospective students the ability to upload documents securely:

• To upload a new document, please contact the office that you want to receive the document, and they will provide you with a private link.
• If you are checking on the status of a submitted document, please check your confirmation email.
• If you need technical support, please submit a ticket to the SUNY Empire IT Service Desk. 
• For all other questions, please contact the office directly.
